Big Truck Day

Boy Power!
Brock, Tate, Carter, Logan, & Brad
They had a helicopter. We didn't get to go in but the boys loved watching it take off. Brock couldn't take his eyes off it long enough for the picture.

Can't you feel the testosterone?

Neighborhood Party 2009

We have this WONDERFUL neighbor (Tami) that heads up a neighborhood party...this is the third year!

I got a fun idea from our friend Sabrina (who did this with her neighborhood in Utah) of doing a triathlon. We live on the corner of two cul-de-sacs so the course went as follow. Swim through pool, bike around one cul-de-sac, and run around the other cul-de-sac.)

Tate studying the course. Mason and Logan close by.
Logan getting hydrated.
Carter eating ice off the grass...kind of like a grass shot!

More hydration.

The kiddos just itchin' to go. We split them into older and younger groups. Next year...adults have to do it and ride the tricycles!

Ready, Set, GO!

The biking portion.

--THE FINISH LINE--
Our cool neighbor Tami and her son Nobel...providing emotional support and positive reinforcement.
Logan, chillin' after the race.

Autumn/Winter Sign

This was a craft project that we made in August.
Now I am working on the Spring/Summer one.

Again, idea from Molly's blog.
