So...Brad has been wanting to lose some weight and he finally did. He looks great and more importantly he feels great. He loved the program so much that he is now a "health coach" and helping people with the program as well. I was really skeptical at first but I have seen such a change in him and others around me that have done the program, that I am a believer. I put the link to his web site "High School Body."
